- Informazioni sui requisiti e la documentazione richiesta per il rilascio e rinnovo del permesso di soggiorno, richiesta della cittadinanza italiana e ricongiungimenti familiari e supporto alla compilazione delle relative domande;
- Supporto nella comunicazione con gli uffici della PA riguardo le pratiche citate;
- Orientamento ai servizi del territorio ed informazione su corsi di italiano;
- Prenotazione test italiano sul portale della Prefettura;
- Orientamento giuridico-legale;
- Supporto alla compilazione di pratiche di richiesta di iscrizione anagrafica e attestati di regolare soggiorno per cittadini UE, da presentarsi allo Sportello Facile.
